This coffee comes from just 3 acres on our farm, and is a single coffee varietal, Catuai. We paid workers double salaries to hand pick the finest, blood red coffee cherries, then used an experimental yeast fermentation on the coffee. After final processing, only 22 pounds of this amazing coffee was produced.
